Q: How can I donate to New England Public Media? 

NEPM has several different giving options:
  • Become a Sustaining Partner (your card is charged automatically each month, and your membership never expires!)
  • Make a one-time gift online.
  • Mail your gift to NEPM 44 Hampden St., Springfield, MA 01103. Checks can be made payable to NEPM.
  • Call NEPM at 413-781-2801
  • You can also donate your used car! 

Q: Is there a minimum contribution to be considered an active donor to NEPM?  
A: No, there is not a specific dollar amount required to be a contributing listener. We ask that you contribute an amount that fits your budget. When you make a contribution of $60 or more, you can choose a thank you gift, and will automatically recieve NEPM Passport. All contributions are greatly appreciated and support the programming you hear on our stations.

Q: What is a Sustaining Partner Plan?

A: Sustaining members donate to NEPM month after month, year after year. NEPM will charge your debit or credit card the amount you tell us, until you notify us to stop. There’s no need to ever wonder if your membership is current! As a sustaining partner, your membership is always up-to-date. Q: Can I update or make changes to my Sustaining Partner Plan?
A: Absolutely! To make a change to your personal information (address, contact info), credit card, monthly gift amount, etc, or to request an annual Thank You gift, please visit our Update Your Information page, or contact Membership Services at membership@nepm.org, or call 413-781-2801.


Q: How long does my membership last?
A: Memberships (with the exception of Sustaining Partnership) to NEPM are for one year. If a person makes a gift to NEPM in October, the membership will remain current until the following October.

At times NEPM will ask members if they are able to make an additional gift. These additional gifts are a valuable revenue stream for the station.  Giving an additional gift does not extend a donor’s membership, unless the member requests it.

Q: When will I receive the thank you gift I requested?
A: If you requested a thank you gift when you made your contribution, it will arrive in about six weeks.  If it has been longer than that, please contact Membership Services at membership@nepm.org, or call 413-781-2801 and we’ll be happy to investigate.  There are times when orders are delayed or an item is on back order and fulfillment takes longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience.


Q: How do I get my company to match my gift to NEPR?
A:  That’s great – thank you! You can pick up a matching gift form from your human resources department, fill it out and send it to New England Public Media along with your contribution. If it's an electronic form, you can use Susan Lofthouse as a contact and send it to slofthouse@nepm.org. If it’s a paper, just mail the form to NEPM, 44 Hampden St., Springfield, MA 01103. We'll take care of the rest!


Q: Can I give a NEPR Membership as a gift, or in memory of someone?
A: Yes. You make the contribution, and the recipient will receive the benefits, including a thank you gift, if you wish.  To do this, email Membership Services at membership@wgby.org, or call 413-781-2801, or send a check.  Whichever way you choose, please be sure to let us know the name and address of the gift recipient.


Q: What is NEPR ‘s Privacy Policy?
A: It is NEPM’s policy not to rent, sell, swap, exchange, or trade the names, email and mailing addresses, phone numbers, or any other submitted listener information with any other organization. We consider the security of your information a top priority. Read our full Privacy Policy

Q: When will I get my tax receipt?
A: We send acknowledgements at the time of your donation  To request one during tax season, call 413-781-2801.


Q: How can I donate my car to NEPR?
A: To donate used cars, boats, motorcycles, etc. please go to this informational page.  Car donation revenue allows us to keep our membership drives short. Thank you!


Q: How can I change my personal information (address, name, etc.)?
A: To change your name, address, email, phone or donation amount  information: contact Membership Services at Membership Services at membership@nepm.org, or call 413-781-2801.
