Keith Clark

Keith started his relationship with WGBY-TV during the summer of 1986 as a production intern. In the spring of 1987, he was hired to assist the station with a grant funded series and now, almost 35 years later, he's still here. 

Keith's current title is Director of Production and Production Services. He oversees most of the TV technical facilities, the scheduling of staff as well as the hiring of outside technical associates and, when they are able, he helps with the TV internship program.

Along with his coworkers, Keith helped helped transition the station from standard def broadcasting to high definition broadcasting, moved from analog to digital audio, transitioned from tungsten studio lights to an all LED facility and have tried to keep up with the ever changing world of field shooting moving through various stages of “tape based recording” systems to card based and file based recoding.
