Campaign 2020: Massachusetts U.S. Senate Debate

Join us Monday, June 1 at 7 p.m. on NEPR 88.5FM or streaming here at nepr.net for a live U.S. Senate Democratic Primary debate between incumbent Sen. Edward J. Markey and primary challenger Rep. Joseph P. Kennedy III.

The one-hour debate will be moderated by Western Mass News anchor Dave Madsen. Panelists include WBUR Morning Edition host Bob Oakes, Boston Globe columnist Adrian Walker and WCVB On the Record anchor Janet Wu.

A consortium of statewide media and educational partners, including Western Mass News, The Boston Globe, WBUR, WCVB NewsCenter 5, and the University of Massachusetts Boston’s John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies have come together to host the debate in Springfield, MA.

Other partners include New England Public Radio, MassLive, The Republican, Entravision, the UMass Amherst School of Public Policy, NEWS10 ABC in Albany, and NBC 10 WJAR in Providence.
