Valley Voices Around the Dinner Table: A Digital Storytelling Series
Valley Voices Story Slam presents "Around the Dinner Table" — a new digital storytelling series! Pioneer Valley storytellers will share six stories over six nights beginning Monday, April 20, and we'll wrap it all up with a digital voting poll. Storyteller videos and the voting polls will be posted on both the Academy of Music Theatre and New England Public Radio Facebook pages at 6 p.m. each night. We can't wait to share around the dinner table with you!

Met Opera At-Home Gala
The free Nightly Opera Streams continue with a week of operas both scintillating and searing. From Strauss’s thrilling psychodrama Elektra, starring Nina Stemme (pictured) in a masterful staging by Patrice Chéreau, to Rossini’s La Cenerentola, an effervescent take on the Cinderella story starring Joyce DiDonato and Juan Diego Flórez, it’s a lineup that runs the operatic gamut. The week also includes an unprecedented free event: The newly announced virtual At-Home Gala on Saturday, April 25 at 1 p.m., featuring more than 40 artists performing live from their homes around the world.

Help us celebrate Earth Day and the 150th anniversary of Golden Gate Park in the 4th episode of MISTERG.tv, a live-streaming series for children and families hosted by the Latin GRAMMY Award-Winning musician, author, activist and educator Ben Gundersheimer. Produced in partnership with the San Francisco Parks Department, this special episode takes us on an adventure around the park with tributes by iconic Bay Area musicians. We’ll discover a windmill, relax in the Japanese Tea Garden, splash in a waterfall, meet the baby bison, and more. Tune in for this episode on Saturday, April 25, at 12:00 p.m.

The Cocker Power Spectacular: Social Distancing Edition
Laudable Productions presents the Cocker Power Spectacular! The Cocker Power Spectacular brings Joe Cocker fans together for a special live streamed, multimedia celebration to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the legendary Joe Cocker: Mad Dogs & Englishmen tour. The event will be hosted by renowned rock ‘n’ roll photographer Linda Wolf. In addition to offering her own personal stories from the Joe Cocker: Mad Dogs & Englishmen tour, Wolf will interview some of the original band members, along with artists who participated in the Lockn’ Festival tribute concert. The live streamed event will be broadcast Sunday, April 26, at 4:00 p.m.
