Northampton Summer Park Series at Pulaski Park

The Northampton Arts Council, in its sixth year of presenting free concerts in Pulaski Park, continues a long-held musical tradition that dates back to the 1970’s. Arthur Anthony Clinton, also known as Art "Jayko" Clinton was born in Brooklyn. Throughout the 70's and 80's, he lived in Puerto Rico and performed in bands such as Martin Galagarza Y La Conquistadora and La Orquesta Opus. He raised his young family in Far Rockaway, New York and Springfield. In 2000 he formed La Orquesta Opus Tres with music partner Carlos Pabon, performing for the grand opening of the Basketball Hall of Fame.
