Vermont regulators and anti-nuclear activists are unified against the latest plan for the decommissioning of the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant in Vernon. 

To catch us up on the current plan to turn much of the site into rubble, we turn to reporter Mike Faher. He's been covering this story for VTDigger, the Brattleboro Reformerand The Commons.
