Outside investigators hired by the Berkshire Hills Regional School District found the district did not follow its own policies when it allowed police to search for the book, "Gender Queer" in a classroom and look into alleged behavior of a teacher, after police received an anonymous complaint. Investigators "found no facts" to support the claims against the teacher.
