Usually, this movie festival for kids and their adults, held during the winter school break, is shown on the big screen at the Academy of Music Theatre. This year it’s virtual.

SCDT Screen Dance Festival
Sunday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m.
The School for Contemporary Dance & Thought — the Northampton-based art organization, that provides innovative programming for all ages — presents an innovative collection of dances for film.

Sunday, Feb 28 at 2 p.m.
Relive moments of magic from past years. This compilation intertwines sensational scenes from numerous February stage productions into a compellingly fresh narrative for video audiences.

Carey Larsen
Carey Larsen is a member of the Marketing, Events and Communications team. She is primarily responsible for creating and managing emails sent to members of the NEPM community. For WGBY, she was the development coordinator, pledge producer, volunteer coordinator and email marketing manager. Prior to that, she was the general manager of the Pioneer Valley Symphony. Carey is a professional musician. She serves as soprano soloist at the First Church of Christ in Longmeadow.
