One of the great (and sometime over-looked) advantages of life in our region is the abundance of performances from our local colleges and universities. For instance, this month at UMass Amherst, there’s the “Holiday Card to Amherst” choral concert on Sunday, December 5, Jazz Ensemble I on Thursday, December 7, the All-University Orchestra concert on Friday, December 8 and more.
