Ronn McFarlane and John Nowacki

American lutenist, composer and teacher Ronn McFarlane has been active nationally and internationally for over 40 years, both as a soloist and as a collaborator with other instrumentalists.

McFarlane recently returned to some of his favorite repertory, 16th and 17th century Irish and Scottish music for his latest solo CD release, “The Celtic Lute”.

McFarlane visited the NEPR studios and talked with PRESTO’s John Nowacki about his career and his music.
