The Massachusetts House had planned to vote last week on a bill making substantial changes to the voter-passed recreational marijuana law. But after quick objections to the bill -- and an issue with how it was written -- Speaker Bob Deleo delayed that vote.

The Marijuana Policy Committee will release a revised version of the legislation Monday. We're joined by State House News Service reporter Matt Murphy, who described the problems with the first draft and discussed the looming budget deadline.

We also remember state Rep. Gail Cariddi, who represented much of northern Berkshire County since 2011. She died Saturday after what's been described as a brief illness. She was 63.
