On August 29, from 11am–12pm, join SCMA for a member-only tour of “Michel Kameni: Portraits of an Independent Africa.” This tour will be led by Aprile Gallant, SCMA Mary Walcott Keyes 1931 Curator of Prints, Drawings and Photographs, Curator of Prints, Drawings and Photographs, and Associate Director of Curatorial Affairs.

This exhibition features portraits by the Cameroonian studio photographer Michel Kameni (c.1935–2020) made at Studio KM in Yaoundé.
