Edouard weakens to a tropical depression, but many are still without power

Tropical Storm Edouard made landfall late Tuesday near Johnson Bayou, Louisiana, and barreled towards Houston. It has now weakened to a tropical depression. Thousands of Texans north and northeast of Houston are still without power.
