A Black Gospel Christmas Story
This Black Gospel Christmas will be a live vocal event with some live music. This is the 15th such event, though 2 Christmases there was no event due to covid. We like to follow in the path founded by Dr. Horace Clarence Boyer to continue the ancestral trail of black gospel music and to enliven the spirits of those who attend. We look at the Christmas story from the vantage point of the disenfranchised yet unforgettable people who walked in faith in an unfathomable Creator in times of despair and victory.
