Artist Market to take place in Haverhill this June

Haverhill, MA — The Haverhill Art Walk and local businesses have opened their arms to the art community offering opportunities for growth resulting in an explosion of local artists bringing life to the historic city. Rachel Johnson of Array of Trades is bringing an Art Market to Wingate Street in Haverhill during the kickoff Art Walk on Saturday, June 11th, 3-6pm.

The Art Market will feature over 20 local artists with original artwork on display and available for purchase. There will also be chalk sticks and a paint tent where anyone can stop by to channel their inner Escher’s, Mucha’s, Kahlo’s or O’Keeffe’s.

Supporting art improves individual well-being; creativity improves academic performance and innovation. It strengthens the economy by driving tourism revenue to local businesses with a social impact that unifies communities.

We hope that you will come out and support our local artists and businesses through a variety of ways. If you admire them for the work they create, let them know. Tell them what you like about their art. Follow and share websites, social media accounts and posts. Attend their events. Commission them to create something unique for you.
