Press Release: Piano Extravaganza! World renowned pianist, Virginia Eskin, headlines Muusic 4UU November 16th Piano Extravaganza concert.

Muusic 4UU presents Piano Extravaganza, featuring Virginia Eskin, Marybeth Hallinan and Tony Brinsdon, at the Peterborough UU Sanctuary, 25 Main Street, on November 16th at 4:00.

Tony Brinsdon began playing piano at age 6 in his home town of Bristol England. After retiring to the Monadnock region he studied with internationally renowned pianist, Vladimir Odinokikh. Tony knows our Steinway well as he has given several recitals in the PUUC sanctuary. He will be performing Beethoven’s Sonata Op 10 No. 3.

Marybeth Hallinan is a well known area pianist, teacher, choir director and mentor who is also a versatile, enthusiastic singer songwriter. She has crafted many poignant compositions around themes of love, loss, grief, joy, community and spirit! We are thrilled that she is on this bill performing original music. You don’t want to miss this rare opportunity to experience her amazing skill and talent. (And her Voice!)

Virginia Eskin, a world class pianist based in Keene, rounds out the program. Her list of accomplishments and accolades is HUGE! Virginia has performed all over the world and on national radio and television. She created and hosted “First Ladies of Music,” winner of the Clarion Award in 2007. For this concert she will be performing a variety of classic and ragtime favorites. Virginia Eskin never ceases to amaze!

Muusic 4UU (Music for You) is a concert series organized by a dedicated group of local music lovers whose mission is to provide accessible concerts for people of the Monadnock Region by bringing live music and local musicians to our stage.
