Event timeline

8:30 PM — Sign-ups open. Performances run 8:30–9:30 PM (perform in costume!).
Judges will narrow performers down to a Top 5.
9:45–10:15 PM — Top 5 perform again; audience voting via QR code remains open.
10:30 PM — DJ announces winners
