Walk for Peace
Walk for Peace
We walk on behaf of the suffering of all who are involved with war and its consequences no matter which side they are on, upholding the understanding that to create outer peace we must create inner peace. All are welcome. The Walk for Peace is 1.6 miles beginning at the Leverett Elementary School and ending at the Village of Light Ashram in Leverett. It is followed by light refreshments and a Music for Peace concert at the ashram. Details can be found at lightomega.org/event/wak-for-peace/.
