Madeleine Albright, the first woman to serve as a U.S. Secretary of State, talks about the significance of the 2008 presidential election. Albright served as Secretary of State under Bill Clinton, and was a U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. Her books include The Mighty and the Almighty and Madame Secretary. Her latest book, Memo to the President, explores how to "restore America's reputation and leadership."
