Carey Larsen
Copywriter and Email Marketing ManagerCarey Larsen is a member of the Marketing, Events and Communications team. She is primarily responsible for creating and managing emails sent to members of the NEPM community. For WGBY, she was the development coordinator, pledge producer, volunteer coordinator and email marketing manager. Prior to that, she was the general manager of the Pioneer Valley Symphony. Carey is a professional musician. She serves as soprano soloist at the First Church of Christ in Longmeadow.
Before working in the non-profit sector, she was involved in food marketing, first as the candy buyer for Bloomingdale’s in New York City, and then in California as a marketing VP for a large duty-free retailer for whom she bought 1500 tons of chocolate per year.
She has an A.B. degree in English from Princeton University and was a member of the first graduating class of women who attended Princeton for all four undergraduate years.
