Tony Dunne

Director of Content

Tony Dunne is an Emmy® Award-winning content producer, documentary filmmaker and journalist. He has been producing content for public media since 2007, and as NEPM’s Director of Content, oversees the production of the digital-first arts and culture program Connecting Point and the long-running high school quiz show As Schools Match Wits, in addition to other programming. An accomplished documentarian, his credits include Music Alone Shall Live: 35 Years of the Iron Horse and the award-winning Things That Go Bump in the Night: Tales of Haunted New England, which aired on PBS stations nationwide. Tony began his career in commercial news and has produced a wide variety of content from political and public affairs programming to lifestyle and magazine shows, live nightly newscasts, and town hall discussions. He's been the recipient of numerous industry accolades and awards including a Regional Emmy® for his work. He lives with his family in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts.
