This week, the Massachusetts House received a report from its lawyers, which urged changes about how the branch handles sexual harassment allegations against its members and staff.

The report was commissioned after The Boston Globe detailed several alleged incidents. Many of the recommendations in this week's report are aimed at protecting the confidentiality of those concerned they will face retaliation if they come forward against powerful legislators.

Also, the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority this week heard from some of its riders, who are unhappy about a proposed fare increase and changes to service. The PVTA says they aren't receiving enough money from the state and could be facing a more-than-$3 million budget deficit.

The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission this week voted to delayimplementing marijuana cafes and home delivery of pot. This came at the urging of Governor Charlie Baker and state Attorney General Maura Healey. So what might this mean for local communities that are pondering some of their own marijuana rules?

Finally, the Springfield Thunderbirds hockey team might be struggling in the American Hockey League's standings, but they are holding their own at the box office, outpacing other AHL franchises, including Hartford and Bridgeport. So how are they doing it, and what does it mean to the city?
