Carolyn Beeler is an environmental reporter for the Public Radio International program The World. She recently returned from Antarctica where she was on a scientific expedition to the Thwaites Glacier which many scientists believe is melting because of global climate change.

Special thanks to The World for permission to use Carolyn’s segment on the Thwaites Glacier. The Thwaites Glacier report was produced by Carolyn Beeler with sound design and original music by Ian Coss.
