At 3 p.m. it’s “Wind from the South,” a musical tapestry that chronicles Claudia’s journey from her birthplace in Chile to her home in New York City. Then at 8 p.m., “The Art of Bolero,” includes Claudia's interpretation of traditional songs, a tribute to Armando Manzanero, and contemporary material.
