Berkshire Playwrights Lab: Some Old Black Man

Friday, June 4 at 8 p.m.

Berkshire Playwrights Lab and the Mahaiwe co-present an encore YouTube screening of James Anthony Tyler’s Some Old Black Man, starring Wendell Pierce and Charlie Robinson. The performance will be followed by an encore conversation with the actors, the playwright, and director Joe Cacaci. The play was first presented by Berkshire Playwrights Lab in 2015 as a staged reading at the Mahaiwe.

Carey Larsen
Carey Larsen is a member of the Marketing, Events and Communications team. She is primarily responsible for creating and managing emails sent to members of the NEPM community. For WGBY, she was the development coordinator, pledge producer, volunteer coordinator and email marketing manager. Prior to that, she was the general manager of the Pioneer Valley Symphony. Carey is a professional musician. She serves as soprano soloist at the First Church of Christ in Longmeadow.
