From Caldecott to Coretta Scott Award Winning Black Illustrators

R. Michelson Galleries, Northampton
Opening Reception Saturday, Nov. 20 from 4 – 6 p.m.

More than half of the Caldecott honors and medals that were given to Black children book artists, were given in the last ten years. With this exhibition, R. Michelson Galleries celebrates Black illustrators who are finally being recognized for their talent. Attend the opening reception and meet Gloria Jean Pinkney and Bryan Collier.
