Flamenco Live from Spain

Dust off your sense of adventure and enjoy a virtual festival of music and dance set in the foothills of Spain’s Sierra Nevada mountains. The afternoon begins with Variación a Tempo, the newest award-winning work by duo Sara Jimenez and Pablo Gimenez, broadcast live from Teatro Mira Amescua in Guadix. Then, retreat to the olive groves of Almazara de Paulenca for a live evening performance led by guitarist Pablo Giménez with dancers Rocío Montoya and Jasiel Nahim.

Carey Larsen
Carey Larsen is a member of the Marketing, Events and Communications team. She is primarily responsible for creating and managing emails sent to members of the NEPM community. For WGBY, she was the development coordinator, pledge producer, volunteer coordinator and email marketing manager. Prior to that, she was the general manager of the Pioneer Valley Symphony. Carey is a professional musician. She serves as soprano soloist at the First Church of Christ in Longmeadow.
