Holyoke Civic Symphony

The Holyoke Civic Symphony presents a free virtual concert featuring recorded performances by orchestra members as well as guest soloists Jean Jeffries on horn, Sheldon Ross on trumpet, and Matthew Russo on trombone. The Holyoke Civic Symphony is dedicated to providing a variety of opportunities for people in the community to perform and listen to symphonic works. Conductor and composer David Kidwell has been Music Director of the group since 1997.

Carey Larsen
Carey Larsen is a member of the Marketing, Events and Communications team. She is primarily responsible for creating and managing emails sent to members of the NEPM community. For WGBY, she was the development coordinator, pledge producer, volunteer coordinator and email marketing manager. Prior to that, she was the general manager of the Pioneer Valley Symphony. Carey is a professional musician. She serves as soprano soloist at the First Church of Christ in Longmeadow.
