POV: Out of Body — Anchor House of Artists UMass Fine Arts Center Digital Exhibition

Opens Tuesday, Feb 9. with Online Reception at 6 p.m.

Based in Northampton, the Anchor House of Artists was founded in 1997 with the mission to support and expand the creative careers of artists living with mental illness, fight the social stigma that they face, and contribute to the cultural enrichment of Western Massachusetts and beyond. In this UMass Fine Arts Center online exhibit, Genevieve Burnett, Mary Dunn, and Deborah Sklar, women connected to the Anchor House of Artists, project their experience into a claustrophobic world.

Carey Larsen
Carey Larsen is a member of the Marketing, Events and Communications team. She is primarily responsible for creating and managing emails sent to members of the NEPM community. For WGBY, she was the development coordinator, pledge producer, volunteer coordinator and email marketing manager. Prior to that, she was the general manager of the Pioneer Valley Symphony. Carey is a professional musician. She serves as soprano soloist at the First Church of Christ in Longmeadow.
