Smart Stories On Air and On the Page
New England Public Radio is excited to partner with Link To Libraries on a new campaign we’re calling “Smart Stories: On Air and On the Page.” When you make your contribution to NEPR during this special campaign, two books will be given out to kids in need through Link to Libraries. The reporting that NPR and New England Public Radio does every day for you seeks the truth, separating fact from fiction. Support it today, and you'll also be inspiring a kid to read!

About Link To Libraries:
Link To Libraries collects and distributes new and gently used books to elementary school libraries and non-profit organizations to enhance the language and literacy skills of children of all cultural backgrounds. It also offers read-aloud programs throughout Western Massachusetts and Connecticut, including Holyoke, Chicopee, Springfield, Greenfield, and Hartford. Children receive a new book each time their LTL reader comes to the classroom. Link to Libraries has over 100 readers and is always open to new partners in the community. Its Reading Any Place (RAP) program donates new books and toys to over 2700 children in seven communities of Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. LTL collaborates with McKinney Vento, HapHousing, the FOR Families Program, all local schools, and non-profit organizations. Children receive 10 new books, a book tote, bilingual bookmarks, and toys each year.
Special thanks to our funding partner, The Log Cabin of Holyoke, who will help Link to Libraries purchase the new books!
