In this twice monthly class you will learn to play traditional west African rhythms on hand drums in a fun and relaxed group setting. Drumming together in a group is an excellent way to connect with others, engage your mind and body, and build listening skills. We will use a variety of traditional drums and percussion instruments from various African countries to create multi-part rhythms that bring stimulation, relaxation, and joy. All instruments are provided and no previous experience is necessary.
