January 18 - March 10, 2022 Expand your mind with OLLI at BCC's fascinating courses offered online via Zoom and in person. No tests, no grades, no prerequisites (except OLLI at BCC membership), just learning for the love of learning. From local and indigenous history and the science of aging to Shakespeare's sonnets, Catullus in Latin and women scientists, there's something for everyone this winter. Keep your mind sharp and your senses engaged with us. Note that some of the classes have limited registration, so register early to ensure you get into your top choices. While the majority of our winter courses are held online, one is offered in-person: Tuesdays at the Movies with Howie Arkans and another, The Evolution of Homo Sapiens with Stacy Wallach, is offered both in-person and online - your choice! Not sure which classes you want to take? Sign up for one or more Flexpasses, which allow you to attend six individual class sessions of your choice within a semester, as long as the class is not full. Course fees are $50 for one course, $95 for two or three, and $125 for four or more courses within a semester. Each Flexpass counts as one course. Courses held online are recorded so if you miss one, or your schedule doesn't work for a particular course, you can request recordings and watch the class sessions on your own time.
