The NCMC Pride Chorus Presents: The Spring Pride Jam

Northampton, MA - The NCMC Pride Chorus is thrilled to announce the upcoming "Spring Pride Jam," an evening dedicated to music, celebration, and community. This event promises an unforgettable fusion of song, joy, and dance, uniting people from all walks of life in the spirit of pride and inclusion.

Event Details:
Date: Thursday, May 30
Time: 7:00 PM - Choral Concert featuring the Pride Chorus with special guests Green Street Brew and High Definition.
Location: 33 Hawley St, Northampton, MA
Followed By: 9:00-10:00 PM - All-ages dance party featuring DJ Both Hands
Cost: Suggested donation $10, no one turned away for lack of funds

The Spring Pride Jam is not just a concert; it's a vibrant evening of celebration. Attendees will be treated to captivating performances by the NCMC Pride Chorus alongside the dynamic sounds of Green Street Brew and High Definition. From soul-stirring harmonies to electrifying dance beats, this event promises something for every music lover.
Following the concert, the festivities continue with an all-ages dance party, where DJ Both Hands will keep the energy high and the dance floor packed. It's a chance for the community to come together, celebrate, and let loose in an atmosphere of acceptance and joy.

Admission to the Spring Pride Jam is accessible to everyone, with a suggested donation of $10. However, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. The NCMC Pride Chorus believes in making their events inclusive and welcoming to all.

About NCMC Pride Chorus:
The Northampton Pride Chorus is a 60+ member group of people with identities that span the LGBTQIA+ community. There’s no audition requirement to get in - the only requirement is that you be a member or ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and that you find joy in singing.
We center music by Queer artists, we sing music with messages of hope and belonging, and we spend a lot of time laughing on stage and off. Our chief mission is to build community within the choir, and to connect with the community outside of our choir.
The chorus is conducted by Mara Levi, a teacher, performer, designer, and arranger who leads the group with a largely democratic style that centers consensus and community.
