Workshop: Writing Art-Inspired Poetry, Making "Ekphrastic Art"
With prompts from her solo exhibit, “PLEASE TOUCH! Exploring the Art & Feel of The Seen and The Unseen”, artist-poet JC Wayne of The Poartry Project will guide using art to inspire writing ekphrastic nature poetry and flipping ekphrasis on its head to create fantastical art in response to the exhibit's poems. No prior experience in poetry or art needed, all ages welcome!
