The National Conference for Community and Justice is actively looking for community members to engage in a 6-month cohort based hybrid program, "Equity Leadership Alliance." ELA is designed to directly support the role and responsibilities of leaders driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in an organization, company, agency, and educational workplaces.
