You’ll discover books for all ages and interests – book lovers, book dealers, collectors, and kids – with something for everyone, so bring the whole family! Early entry numbers for a first look “Sneak Peek”, from 9:00 AM to noon, Saturday, will be handed out starting at 8:00 AM for a $10 donation. Be the first to browse the best selection of many rare finds, collectibles, signed copies, first editions, and pre-1900 treasures. Free admission on Saturday from noon to 5 PM and all day Sunday, 9AM to 5PM. All proceeds from this event, the Lenox Library’s Association’s biggest fundraiser of the year, support the library’s programs, materials, and resources. The Norman Rockwell Museum is honored to present a rare series of early twentieth century lighting advertisements by Norman Rockwell and fellow Golden Age illustrators Maxfield Parrish, N.C. Wyeth, Dean Cornwell, Stanley Arthurs, Worth Brehm, and Charles Chambers created for Edison Mazda Lamps, a division of the General Electric Company. These luminous, richly painted works were widely circulated in published advertisements through the 1920s and are on loan to the Museum for the first time through the generosity of GE Aerospace.
