John joins NEPM from WESA in Pittsburgh, where he served as the general manager for many years, overseeing crucial business units, including the newsroom. Prior to this role, he worked as a prominent consultant in public radio research, programming, and fundraising for two decades. His extensive experience also includes a decade at NPR, where he spent three years as the director of audience research.
