The Wilbraham United Players are staging a holiday production of “Five Golden Rings – A Greeting Card Channel Holiday Musical”. Performance dates are November 28 through December 7. Performances on Fridays and Saturdays are at 7:30 and Sunday performances are at 2:30. The issue: it’s the very B&B her company is supposed to take over! Everything you want (and expect) in a cable-TV Christmas movie, from flannel shirts to flirtatious snowball fights to overt product-placement, mixed with fun songs and a lot of holiday cheer! Add a townsperson who “could” be a visitor from the North Pole, overly exuberant residents of the town, Lance’s adorable daughter Grace, Holly’s best friend Trish and “current” fiancé, Bradley and you’ve got the usual characters all covered!The musical is directed by Deborah Trimble with musical direction by Graham Christian and choreography by Jacqui Panasian.The cast includes Ava D’Agostino as Holly and Nick Adams as Lance, with Rylee Santiago as Grace, Kiernan Cone as Trish, Joe Lessard as “Nick”, and Casey Dion as Bradley. Also included are Shannon Martin, Amanda Emet, Jeff Erb and Jim Martin.

The Norman Rockwell Museum is honored to present a rare series of early twentieth century lighting advertisements by Norman Rockwell and fellow Golden Age illustrators Maxfield Parrish, N.C. Wyeth, Dean Cornwell, Stanley Arthurs, Worth Brehm, and Charles Chambers created for Edison Mazda Lamps, a division of the General Electric Company. These luminous, richly painted works were widely circulated in published advertisements through the 1920s and are on loan to the Museum for the first time through the generosity of GE Aerospace.
Step back into the vibrant world of the 1920s and 1930s with Jazz Age Illustration, a major exhibition exploring the art of popular illustration during this transformative era. Featuring over 100 works by renowned artists such as Aaron Douglas, John Held Jr., and Frank E. Schoonover, the exhibition delves into the cultural impact of illustration during a time of dramatic social change.
Organized by the Delaware Art Museum, Jazz Age Illustration is the first major exhibition to survey the art of popular illustration in the United States between 1919 and 1942—a vibrant and transformative era of innovation, evolving styles, social change, and expanding popular media.

The Gilbert Players are back with Nuncrackers: The Nunsense Christmas Musical! Nuncrackers is the first TV special taped by the Little Sisters of Hoboken in their convent basement studio for Cable Access. It stars the nuns you love, plus Father Virgil and some of Mount Saint Helen’s most talented students. This show is filled with wacky Nunsense humor, some of your favorite carols, a “Secret Santa,” and an uproarious take on Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Ballet. Certain to tickle your funny bone and likely to tug at your heartstrings, Nuncrackers is the perfect way to make your holiday season merry and bright!

An immersion into your own frequency
An evening in 3 parts:
1- Guided meditation: bass drum slow beats, including chakra cleansing and personal power guides retrieval.
2- Singing bowls: higher frequencies achieved with a combination of crystal and metal singing bowls, and multiple percussion instruments: attunement or re-attunement to your own vibrational field.
3- Chants with drums and rattles: a facilitation to release unnecessary attachments.
Things to bring:
-Bring your journal, feel free to write down your experiences when prompted, share it at the end if your feel inspired.
-Bring anything that will make this 90 minute event comfortable for you: a yoga mat or chair, a blanket, a pillow, a sleep mask, water or tea. No talking preferred, phones on off mode.
