Trump reluctant to pressure China after election claim

In his address about foreign interference in elections, President Trump made sweeping claims about China. But when asked this week whether he would raise the issue directly with Beijing, Trump appeared to downplay his own warning. That’s unfolding as Democrats are raising concerns about the president's focus on elections and what he and his allies might do ahead of midterms. Liz Landers reports.
