The State We're In: East-West Rail Study Results

Result of the East-West Rail study are in, and Mass DOT says commuter rail service between western Mass and Boston will cost between $2billion & $25 billion. The advisory committee says the study fails to incorporate the economic benefits & realistic ridership numbers. Sen.
