In the last decade, ServiceNet’s Prospect Meadow Farm program has expanded to three locations in Hampshire and Berkshire counties, building community and prosperity for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and mental disabilities.Though they are the first in the state to start this care model, Prospect Meadow Farm is just one of many similar projects across the country. This week they are hosting the first ever Care Farming Network National Conference to strengthen connections in this nationwide circuit.
